Javier Diana Lopez: Senior Consultant for Aviation Systems

Javier is our Senior Consultant for Aviation Systems at Murzilli Consulting. He is an Aerospace Engineer with a Master's degree in Air Traffic Management. Prior to his role at Murzilli Consulting, he worked for EUROCAE as their Technical Programme Manager, where he was in charge of WG-105 on Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), WG-112 on Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL) and WG-63 on Complex Aircraft Systems. He also contributed to the aviation ecosystem at ICAO level, supporting the ICAO AAM Study Group and ICAO RPAS Panel.

At Murzilli Consulting, Javier is responsible for ensuring our clients’ system design and implementation processes are aligned with the current regulatory standards. He also works on client projects requiring certification of new technologies within the UTM/ATM sector for operational use.

The activities developed by M&K UAS & SPACE SPAIN SL according to the requirements expressed in the International ISO 9001: 2015 standard are:

Consultancy and training services on Uncrewed Aerial Systems (Drones) and Flight Procedure Design (FPD).

The main points of action issued by the management in the quality policy statement issued by the management are:

Encourage the rational use of natural resources and a clear awareness of favoring our environment, not only through our work, but also involving all our suppliers, customers and other interested parties.
Develop training programs aimed at improving our workers qualification, thus involving all staff in the achievement of all the objectives set in this document
Consolidate the process of ongoing improvement in the performance of all activities carried out, including environmental
Encourage and achieve a challenging and motivating work environment between all the members of the company

The Policy is kept up-to-date through periodic reviews, coinciding with the management review of the system, in order to take into account changes in environmental conditions and the information received. In this sense, the management provides and will provide all the human, technical and economic resources needed to achieve the objectives and targets established scheduled and periodically.
