Erin is our Content Writer at Murzilli Consulting. She brings with her 5 years of experience within content teams, specialising in technical and B2B content writing, localisation and translation, language precision and strategic communication. Before joining Murzilli Consulting, Erin worked as a Localisation Specialist at expondo, an ecommerce company for professional equipment where she led the linguistic transition into AI in collaboration with the CRM team.

At Murzilli Consulting, Erin works closely with our consulting team and subject matter experts to create informative how-to guides, interviews and press releases. Her role involves establishing processes as part of our internal Business Development team, supporting marketing initiatives and website coordination. Erin assists with client documentation, contracts and complex audits, ensuring consistency in company branding and upholding our standards for all outgoing Murzilli Consulting documentation.

The activities developed by M&K UAS & SPACE SPAIN SL according to the requirements expressed in the International ISO 9001: 2015 standard are:

The main points of action issued by the management in the quality policy statement issued by the management are:

Comply with legal requirements and meet the explicit and implicit requirements, and expectations of our clients and in close collaboration with our suppliers and other interested parties, performing the evaluation and application of such requirements
In the strategic lines defined by our management, which are: having the customer satisfied, optimizing productive resources, consolidating our position in the market, working with a human team prepared and competent at all levels; we have determined the objectives of the company that we have spread at all levels of our structure.
Implement the Quality indicators, as well as monitor their level of progress, in a way that allows knowing and ensuring the service and the level required by our customers.
