Our initial assessment follows a structured process to evaluate your project's objectives, challenges, and scope. We’ll perform this assessment on-site at the customer’s locations, where we’ll do an in-depth review of your organisation and product maturity . After our assessment is completed, we’ll provide you with a report of our findings in the form of a health check and recommendations.

We will arrange a meeting to get the full scope of your project goals, deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes. This will enable us to clarify your vision, make notes of the key stakeholders, and determine success metrics.

We gather the relevant data, which includes any existing documentation, project plans, reports, financials and stakeholder inputs. This information is essential to understanding the project’s background, resources, constraints and current progress.

Stakeholder Interviews

We meet with and/or host workshops with key stakeholders to identify the project’s critical challenges or potential gaps, risks and opportunities.

Gap Analysis

We assess the project from an operational, technical, financial and regulatory perspective to identify and improve anything preventing it from achieving its goal.

Risk and Feasibility Assessment

We evaluate the project to outline any potential risks, such as regulatory, operational, and technical risks as well as budgets, timelines and resources to ensure that the project has a holistic approach. 

Initial Recommendations and Assessment Report

We will deliver a comprehensive report based on our findings from the early stages. This will include a summary of the assessment, our key findings, risks and initial recommendations, which can be used as a foundation for further detailed planning.
