Eszter es nuestra cofundadora y directora de Relaciones con las Partes Interesadas en Murzilli Consulting. Tiene un Executive MBA de la Universidad de Berna y un Master of Business Administration (MBA) de la University of Rochester – Simon Business School, así como un título en Ingeniería Militar y de Seguridad de la University of Public Service. También es coach certificada en metodología Agile, project manager certificada en PRINCE2, piloto certificada de drones y asesora de múltiples eventos e iniciativas internacionales.

Su experiencia profesional en ingeniería, robótica y temas relacionados con la aviación avanzada, incluida la armonización UTM/ATM, se complementa con sus habilidades de comunicación, networking y resolución estratégica de problemas operativos para organizaciones. Como Managing Partner de Murzilli Consulting, es responsable de la relación con nuestros clientes y del desarrollo de estrategias complejas a múltiples niveles.

Es una firme defensora de las mujeres en industrias tradicionalmente dominadas por hombres y de las empresas tecnológicas suizas, y desempeña un papel clave a la hora de destacar las ventajas de ambas dentro de la industria de los drones. También es cofundadora de Aerial Cities, el evento de nivel ejecutivo creado para la comunidad de drones.

The activities developed by M&K UAS & SPACE SPAIN SL according to the requirements expressed in the International ISO 9001: 2015 standard are:

Consultancy and training services on Uncrewed Aerial Systems (Drones) and Flight Procedure Design (FPD).

The main points of action issued by the management in the quality policy statement issued by the management are:

Comply with legal requirements and meet the explicit and implicit requirements, and expectations of our clients and in close collaboration with our suppliers and other interested parties, performing the evaluation and application of such requirements
In the strategic lines defined by our management, which are: having the customer satisfied, optimizing productive resources, consolidating our position in the market, working with a human team prepared and competent at all levels; we have determined the objectives of the company that we have spread at all levels of our structure.
Implement the Quality indicators, as well as monitor their level of progress, in a way that allows knowing and ensuring the service and the level required by our customers.
Apply processes that reduce the environmental impact in our activity and evaluate the environmental impact of new activities or services in advance.
Acquire a commitment to protect the environment, including the pollution prevention and the reduction of waste production to conserve resources.
Encourage the rational use of natural resources and a clear awareness of favoring our environment, not only through our work, but also involving all our suppliers, customers and other interested parties.
Develop training programs aimed at improving our workers qualification, thus involving all staff in the achievement of all the objectives set in this document
Consolidate the process of ongoing improvement in the performance of all activities carried out, including environmental
Encourage and achieve a challenging and motivating work environment between all the members of the company
