• Juanjo Sola

    Juanjo the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Commercial Space at Murzilli Consulting. He is an aerospace engineer and a licensed pilot for both traditional aircraft and UAS with a background in air traffic control. He was the former head of the UAS Division of the Spanish CAA (AESA), and prior to that, he was their ATM/AIS Oversight Inspector and ATC Training Manager. He has been a part of the ICAO RPAS Panel, JARUS, and EASA’s UAS Focal Point. He also aligns with government authorities on the regulatory organisation of digital airspace and rethinking the existing regulatory framework. He supports operators in obtaining authorisations or LUCs and has taught several online and in-person courses on the SORA Methodology.
